Pois o que <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 17.016666412353516px;\">acontece<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">, \u00e9 o que podem ver na primeira imagem em baixo, o ponto (pino) vai ganhando folga e vai saindo do sitio e vai ro\u00e7ando no cilindro levemente dado ser de <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 17.016666412353516px;\">alum\u00ednio<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\"> e o cilindro mais duro, no entanto quase n\u00e3o faz marca, mas de tanto ro\u00e7ar, \u00e9 claro que um dia ou outro, este pino ir\u00e1 desgastar de tal maneira que acabar\u00e1 por sair do buraquinho no pist\u00e3o (5mm), caindo para a baixo do segmento fazendo que com a acelera\u00e7\u00e3o ir\u00e1 dar origem a um agarran\u00e7o dado n\u00e3o haver folga suficiente entre o pist\u00e3o e o cilindro, criando a rotura do pist\u00e3o e cilindro fazendo com que os segmentos n\u00e3o cumpra a sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o correctamente perdendo compress\u00e3o. Este tipo de agarran\u00e7o \u00e9 dos mais frequentes por defeito de fabrico. font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 1.4em;\">FALTA DE \u00d3LEO;<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\"> quando nos cansamos do cilindro de origem e montamos um cilindro maior 70cc, isto porque muitas pessoas se esquecem que a bomba de \u00f3leo de origem est\u00e1 feita para enviar propor\u00e7\u00f5es de \u00f3leo para um cilindro de origem 49cc ou outra cilindrada em outros motores, mas quando vamos devagar n\u00e3o se passa nada mas quando aceleramos com o cilindro 70cc, este ir\u00e1 originar um excesso de rota\u00e7\u00e3o para a qual a bomba de \u00f3leo n\u00e3o est\u00e1 preparado, fazendo com que n\u00e3o receba \u00f3leo suficiente para lubrificar um cilindro 70cc, aumentando assim rapidamente a temperatura do interior do cilindro e pist\u00e3o, at\u00e9 que chega a um momento, em que os segmentos come\u00e7am a dilatar pressionando o interior da camisa do cilindro, j\u00e1 que estes come\u00e7am a n\u00e3o caber no interior do pist\u00e3o, e ao procurarem expandir-se mais come\u00e7am a tentar entrar para os transferes e sa\u00edda de escape que \u00e9 maior e \u00e9 aqui que acontece a desgra\u00e7a numa quest\u00e3o de 1\/2 segundos!! Em muitos casos podem detectar a tempo que algo est\u00e1 mal e evitar um agarran\u00e7o, se verificar que a mota est\u00e1 a subir temperatura de forma muito r\u00e1pida. Em alguns casos estes agarran\u00e7os tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o se conseguem evitar controlando a temperatura da \u00e1gua pois por vezes esta temperatura gera-se muito <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 17.016666412353516px;\">rapidamente<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\"> no interior do cilindro levando rapidamente a um agarran\u00e7o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; border: 0px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 1.4em; color: #000000;\">Observem bem este pist\u00e3o e cilindro, um cilindro MHR da Malossi, que tem um custo acima de 300\u20ac. Um rapaz, montou este cilindro com toda a ilus\u00e3o do mundo e durante uma semana nunca passou dos 50km\/h e j\u00e1 com 100km percorridos deu uma apert\u00e3ozito no acelerador, levando a que no espa\u00e7o de 30 metros \u00a0algo se alterasse no comportamento do motor e quando se lhe perguntou o que passou ele n\u00e3o tinha bem a certeza, mas quando desmontaram o cilindro \u00a0este come\u00e7ou a &#8220;chorar&#8221;, tinha acabado de gripar um cilindro de 300\u20ac!<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; border: 0px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 1.4em; color: #000000;\">Como se pode verificar, o pist\u00e3o n\u00e3o chegou se quer a sujar e muito menos a sa\u00edda de escape, este \u00e9 o caso t\u00edpico porque gripam as nossas motas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; border: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">Quando temos um indicio de agarr\u00e3o, perdemos sempre alguma compress\u00e3o e as ranhuras onde est\u00e3o inseridos os segmentos, sofrem dilata\u00e7\u00f5es e <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 17.016666412353516px;\">contrac\u00e7\u00f5es <\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.4em;\">muito severas e ao ainda n\u00e3o ter acontecido nada, o motor comporta-se de outra maneira e com muito frequ\u00eancia requer uma carburador novo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 8px 0px; border: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"line-height: 17.016666412353516px;\">Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 ouviu, alguns motores com uma esp\u00e9cie de zumbido ao acelerar? Esse zumbido, tamb\u00e9m ocorre com menos\u00a0frequ\u00eancia\u00a0ao relanti e vem dessas ranhuras dilatadas, nas quais o segmento golpeia ao subir e baixar do pist\u00e3o e neste caso j\u00e1 n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 apena o segmento que ter\u00e1 de trocar mais tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio trocar o pist\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0px; Isto ocorre quando damos um bom uso \u00e0 moto ficando bastante quente e derrepente desligamos a mota. E quando a desligamos, a temperatura acaba por subir mais uns graus, j\u00e1 que a cula\u00e7a e a camisa est\u00e3o muito quentes e a \u00e1gua da refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o deixou de circular (deixem a chave na posi\u00e7\u00e3o ligada e ver\u00e3o o ponteiro da temperatura a subir), enquanto o cilindro cula\u00e7a e pist\u00e3o continuam aumentando a temperatura, o radiador logicamente deixa de ter circula\u00e7\u00e3o, acaba por baixar a muito a temperatura para quase igual quando a mota estava a trabalhar. As saias do cilindro, que entram ajustadas ao carter, t\u00eam menos probabilidades de partir e as que n\u00e3o entram ajustadas ainda mais, j\u00e1 que nestas \u00faltimas, o ar envolve-as por dentro e por fora. Ocorre que todos os materiais dentro de um motor, est\u00e3o feitos para trabalhar a uma temperatura concreta e quando chega a essa temperatura, os segmentos est\u00e3o com as pontas quase a tocar-se, o pist\u00e3o desliza com uma suavidade extrema, os famosos rolamentos C4, j\u00e1 perderam a sua folga e j\u00e1 est\u00e3o ajustados \u00e0 cambota, a caixa de agulhas cumpre a sua tarefa sem nenhum problema, etc, mas a temperatura ideal de trabalho j\u00e1 \u00e9 ultrapassada com afina\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 20 graus, mas neste caso j\u00e1 n\u00e3o trabalha com a temperatura ideal, os segmentos est\u00e3o sempre a d\u00e9cimas de se tocarem, e todos os restantes componentes est\u00e3o numa situa\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00edtica, bastar\u00e1 apenas que suba um passageiro, ou modifiquemos a configura\u00e7\u00e3o do variador para que o motor suba mais uns graus e gripe.
