A diferen\u00e7a para outros fabricantes, a Stage6 n\u00e3o s\u00f3 ampliou o di\u00e2metro do cilindro, como tamb\u00e9m mudou o desenho dos canais e transferes. O di\u00e2metro de 52mm e uma biela de 5mm mais larga asseguram um rendimentos bestial de  apenas a 12.600rpm. A Stage6 segue o conceito de um cilindro modular, o que permite montar o corpo do cilindro em motores diferentes. A junta t\u00f3rica entre o cilindro e o suporte do cilindro, foi fabricado em Viton\u00ae-O-Ring. Os pernos montam-se sobre o suporte do cilindro, que por sua vez de se montam no carter. Este conceito tem uma vantagem que no desenho do cilindro n\u00e3o est\u00e1 limitado pela sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o dos pernos, o que se passa em v\u00e1rios cilindros Bigbores.
